Orion has an outstanding Compliance Department comprising of five (5) full-time compliance monitors who review all new tenant files before the tenant moves into their new apartment home. In addition, each of our Property Supervisors and all of our on-site managers receive training and are certified through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (state compliance monitor).

Orion reports not only to the developer clients, but to their equity partners as well. Boston Capital, Lend Lease and GE Capital are just some of the examples of the institutions that Orion works with and reports to. Their Asset Mangers receive monthly reports of all property activity and a set of accounting statements.
